    This candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Provide superior customer service while fulfilling customer requests in all transactions.
    • Processing transactions accurately, addressing account inquiries, and resolving routine issues.
    • Deepen relationships through value-add recommendations to existing customers and prospective customers.
    • Drive adoption of digital banking services with new and existing customers.
    • Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch.
    • Accurate processing of transactions, completing end-of-day reporting and documentation, adhering to safe cash and negotiable instrument practices.
    • Following all safe deposit box protocols, identifying customers, and protecting the confidentiality of customer information.
    • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external customers which will uphold a positive reputation among the retail branch teams and Fidelity Bank.

    Requirements for this position include:

    • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
    • Strong sales and service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be organized with good time management skills.

    Preferred requirements include:

    • 1+ year of banking or financial services experience.
    • 1+ year of cash handling experience.
