Teller (Floating)

Provide transactional customer service, including but not limited to the following: Accept and process deposits, withdrawals and payments and handle other over the counter and mail transactions, as needed. The floating relationship associate is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers throughout the branches.

Teller (Floating) | Houston – Central & West, TX
The floating relationship associate is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers throughout the branches. This person will work in each branch as business needs arise, but will have a home base location. May assist other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

   Responsible and held accountable for meeting individual relationship building goals and the organizational expectations.
  
• 
  Proactively collaborate with team to serve customers.
  
• 
  Proactively educate clients on utilizing available access channels.
  
• 
  Ability to make personal connections, and actively engage customers in conversations and listen to get to know them.
  
• 
  Utilize knowledge and present bank products and services to expand client relationships.
  
• 
  Provides relationship-building support to the branch manager and other team members in reaching set branch goals. 
  
•

  Maintains operational logs and retention schedules.
  
• 
  Working knowledge of the company's products and services.
  
• 
  Support in opening and maintaining business and personal accounts.
  
• 
  Demonstrate a general level of knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as the banks' policies and procedures.
