    What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our Branch team, you’ll be the friendly, accurate face members see first at the teller line. Your role will include:

    • Member Service – Deliver superior service, respond to member requests and questions, and point members to the right person when they need more help.

    • Everyday Transactions – Process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, monetary instrument purchases, and check cashing, and evaluate checks for negotiability.

    • Complaints & Discrepancies – Help research and resolve member complaints and account discrepancies, and follow through until the member has an answer.

    • Accounts & Inquiries – Open new accounts, collect the documentation we need, and answer questions about our products, services, and loans.

    • Helping Members Find the Right Fit – Educate members about products and services that benefit them and contribute to a productive branch.

    • Branch Operations – Help with branch and vault balancing, cash management, night deposits, ATM deposits, and the coin machine, and keep cash and supplies stocked.

    • Compliance & Accuracy – Follow OFAC, BSA, FACTA, and shared branching rules and keep your documentation complete and accurate.

    • Teamwork – Route member information to the right department, handle optical imaging for the teller area, and tell your supervisor about any concerns.
