Built for people who already run a good phone conversation. This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role connects you with families who requested coverage information, from first call to completed application.
What you'll actually do
- Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation
- Open with questions instead of a pitch, so the family does most of the talking
- Present options by phone or video and complete the application in the same appointment
- Keep several open cases moving without losing track of any of them
- Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens
- Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time
Who this is a fit for
- Experience selling by phone, in inside sales, telesales, or a call center
- Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics, not quick transactions
- Consistent follow-up without anyone prompting you
- A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
- At ease with web-based quoting tools and a CRM
- At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
What we provide
- Contracts with 43 carriers, so you can compare options for each family
- A weekly team call, with call reviews, scripts, and ride-alongs available
- Exclusive lead systems that put you in front of people who've already asked about coverage
- Direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, who run the agency
Compensation
1099 independent contractor, commission-based. No salary or hourly pay; earnings depend on individual production.
If you'd rather close fast and move on, this isn't the right fit, because cases here stay open through underwriting. Apply through this listing; questions: (928) 889-6338.
