Telephone Operator to join our team!
Job Title: Telephone Operator
Location: Sylmar, CA 91342
Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Operate multi-line telephone systems and paging equipment
- Provide accurate information to patients, visitors, and staff
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments and personnel
- Take and relay messages as needed
Qualifications:- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Telephone Operator
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
