Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to share information about our insurance offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all customer interactions in our database.
• Connect with prospective policyholders to identify their specific coverage needs.
• Schedule follow-up consultations for our licensed insurance agents.
• Provide clear and honest answers to initial questions about our services.
• Participate in team morning meetings to align on goals and share successful strategies.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency, specifically in data entry and browser-based software.
• Reliable transportation to our Waldorf office.
• Persistent attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Friday and Saturday work required
