ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a telemarketer with Jana Lake Agency, you will be calling current and ex customers, updating their records, answering phones and inputting notes into the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Calling current customers and scheduling times for them to come in and review their policies.
- Calling ex-customers to prospect a new quote
