About the Role:
Allstate Insurance Agency- Michelle McPherson is looking for an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our growing team in Clinton Township, MI. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping connect them with the insurance solutions they need. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Present and promote Allstate insurance products and services over the phone
- Qualify leads and gather customer information to pass along to licensed agents
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain interest and move them through the sales pipeline
- Accurately log call activity and customer data into CRM software
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone on every call
Requirements:
- Previous telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Comfortable working in a high-volume phone environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM or dialer software
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a persuasive personality
- Insurance industry knowledge or interest is a plus
