About This Opportunity

All Points North (APN) is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Telehealth Therapist to join our Professionals Program team. In this role, you will provide high-quality addiction and mental health treatment services to licensed and executive professionals navigating the unique pressures of safety-sensitive occupations. You'll deliver individual and group therapy via telehealth, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and help develop individualized treatment plans that drive meaningful client outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, group, and couples/family therapy services via telehealth to outpatient and intensive outpatient clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth when clinically indicated
• Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR), including progress notes, treatment plans, case management notes, biopsychosocial assessments, and discharge summaries
• Create and modify group therapy content and curriculum to meet client needs
• Facilitate collateral communications with referral sources, family members, providers, and workplace entities to support client recovery and workplace reintegration
• Conduct return-to-work evaluations and fitness-for-duty assessments for professional clients
• Participate actively in treatment team staffings, clinical trainings, and supervision meetings
• Collaborate with the professional's support team, providing clinical updates and recommendations as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with all APN policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in department meetings and cross-functional initiatives to support program excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and APN operations

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted clinical licensure in at least one U.S. state (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent independent behavioral health license)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Colorado licensure; must apply prior to start date
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
• Minimum three years of clinical experience providing behavioral health treatment
• Demonstrated experience treating mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities independently and prioritize competing clinical needs
• Sound clinical judgment and ability to recognize when an issue requires escalation or consultation
• Valid driver's license and acceptable references
• Official transcript from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with high-functioning professionals or individuals in safety-sensitive occupations
• Experience with return-to-work assessments or fitness-for-duty evaluations
• Advanced training or certification in addiction treatment or evidence-based modalities
• Experience supporting or mentoring clinical team members
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Team and Partnerships

Key Partners: You will collaborate regularly with the interdisciplinary treatment team, including clinical supervisors, psychiatrists, case managers, and other licensed therapists. You'll also coordinate with external referral sources, family members, workplace entities, and other healthcare providers to support client outcomes.
