The Role:
Ideal candidates are those who thrive working with a collaborative and compassionate community of caregivers. For this position, Nurse Practitioners will manage high-risk patients in a telemedicine capacity for patients in the Southern OR community with the goal of preventing unnecessary acute care admission, providing holistic patient care, optimizing the management of the patients' medical conditions, and providing support for clinical and psychosocial factors that contribute to the cyclical utilization of healthcare.
What will you do as Nurse Practitioner at GGH?
This position is a full-time Nurse Practitioner opportunity (5 days a week, 8am-5pm PST schedule). This role will be all telemedicine.
