Telehealth Director (APRN) for a skilled nursing and post-acute provider group

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 Annual Salary. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to lead and oversee our telehealth department. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the telehealth department
• Manage telehealth clinical staff, workflows, and scheduling
• Drive quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with facility and executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Active APRN (Nurse Practitioner) license
• Prior experience overseeing or managing a telehealth program or department
• Strong clinical and operational leadership
