CenCore is seeking a Telecommunications Network Engineer to support the maintenance, sustainment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of existing data and voice networks. This role helps identify, diagnose, document, resolve, or escalate routine network issues using established scripts, procedures, test equipment, and network analysis tools. The position supports mission-critical network reliability by monitoring alarms, executing scheduled maintenance routines, and coordinating with users and network vendors as needed. This is a Level 0 network engineering role requiring foundational experience, an IAT Level II baseline certification, and an active TS/SCI full scope polygraph clearance.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role is performed in a professional office or operations-center environment supporting existing data and voice networks. Duties require regular use of a computer, phone, network monitoring tools, technical documentation systems, and standard office equipment while reviewing alarms, researching issues, documenting troubleshooting steps, and communicating with users, vendors, and technical stakeholders. The position may require prolonged periods of sitting, viewing computer screens, typing, and concentrating on detailed technical information. The role may also require access to secure or controlled facilities and adherence to established security, network operations, and work-instruction procedures.

Compensation Overview
The approved pay rate listed for this position is $35.29 per hour. Eligible employees may enroll in company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits in accordance with plan terms and enrollment requirements. The company contributes toward employee healthcare premiums, subject to plan provisions. Employees are also eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, including employer matching contributions in accordance with plan guidelines and eligibility requirements.
