This is primarily a hands-on field-service position. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting problems, working independently at customer locations, and figuring out why a telephone or communications system isn't working. The position also includes in-office support, including taking customer trouble calls and troubleshooting issues over the phone.
This is not primarily a cable-installation position.
We are looking for someone who understands traditional telephone wiring and telecommunications infrastructure and is comfortable working with modern VoIP and network-connected telephone equipment.
Leadership skills are a bonus and could lead to supervisory responsibilities.
