Job Details: 
Schedule: Mon - Fri , 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call rotation every 6 weeks
Location:  Fort Worth, TX 76104
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 26 Weeks With Possibility of extension
Pay Range:  $45 - $50 per Hour On W2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Configure, repair, and install telecommunications voice and data lines while adhering to code standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot telecommunications infrastructure issues.
• Provide technical assistance to the community.
• Configure and support Nortel, Vocera, and Shortel telecommunications systems.
• Perform network switching and routing Tier 1 troubleshooting.
• Develop, test, maintain, install, and/or deploy technologies supporting technical infrastructure.
• Support the establishment, development, and promotion of standard architectures, hardware components, and software components.
• Provide consulting services to application development teams and/or customers regarding technologies and specific technology standards.

Requirements: 

• Education: 
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of direct experience OR
• Associate’s Degree in IS with at least 2 years of direct experience.
• Years of experience: 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications/IT Infrastructure, including configuring, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting telecommunications voice and data systems.
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: configuring, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting telecommunications voice and data systems.
