Position Overview
The Vendor Management Coordinator supports the Global Technology organization and is responsible for driving enterprise vendor strategy, governance, sourcing, financial oversight, and operational excellence across the technology supplier ecosystem. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to technology leadership while partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and strategic technology vendors to improve vendor performance, optimize spend, and strengthen governance across the vendor lifecycle.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, influencing executive stakeholders, negotiating complex technology agreements, and transforming vendor management operations within a large enterprise environment.

Ideal Candidate:
3 + years of experience in enterprise vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement, technology operations, or business management initiatives within large corporate environments. Successful candidates will have experience managing complex technology vendor portfolios, negotiating commercial agreements, developing governance frameworks, overseeing financial performance, and partnering with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency. Experience supporting large financial institutions or highly regulated enterprise organizations is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Technology Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Technology Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing enterprise technology vendors, supplier performance, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, reporting, vendor spend, and financial analysis.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and large data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leadership within large, matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute enterprise technology vendor management strategies supporting Workplace Technology and Global Technology organizations.
  • Lead vendor governance initiatives, establishing standardized operating models, KPIs, SLAs, decision rights, and performance management frameworks.
  • Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and vendor rationalization efforts across technology spend categories.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management for complex, multi-year technology agreements while balancing cost, quality, operational resilience, and risk.
  • Partner with Finance to manage vendor financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and budget analysis.
  • Develop executive dashboards, business cases, and reporting that provide actionable financial and operational insights.
  • Lead third-party risk management, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and governance activities.
  • Serve as the senior relationship manager for strategic technology vendors, driving performance improvements and continuous operational enhancements.
  • Partner with cross-functional technology, procurement, finance, legal, and business leaders to streamline vendor operations and improve enterprise scalability.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and operational standardization across the Vendor Management Office.
