What you'll do

- Draft and negotiate technology, licensing, and SaaS agreements

- Advise on IP and technology aspects of M&A

- Counsel on commercial and outsourcing arrangements

- Work with clients across the technology sector

What you bring

- J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

- Mid- to senior-level technology transactions and licensing experience

- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
