This firm specializes in lighting, IT, sound, and communication systems for highly complex theater projects, and this position is focused on drafting and documentation, not system design.

What you'll do:
Produce detailed IT systems drawings based on provided designs (documentation only, no system design required).
Develop project documentation across the different phases of the project, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
Prepare and update drawing sets, incorporating redlines and markups accurately.
Perform drafting and documentation work in Revit and AutoCAD.
Use Bluebeam to review, markup, and coordinate drawing sets, if needed.
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project standards.
Collaborate closely with the client's internal team, maintaining daily and active communication throughout the project.
Maintain organized, high-quality drawing sets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Show commitment to the team and be ready to ramp up hours as the project's needs evolve, from part-time to full-time.
What you must have:
Specific knowledge of and experience working with IT systems.
Proven experience as a Technology/IT Systems Drafter or in a similar technical drafting role.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience producing IT systems drawings (documentation-focused, not design).
Solid understanding of architectural and technical drawing standards.
Ability to accurately interpret markups, redlines, and design intent.
Strong attention to detail and consistency across drawing sets.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment, with daily and active communication.
Availability to ramp up from part-time to full-time over the coming months, and commitment to the team as project demands increase.
A great plus:
Experience working on theater, performance, or highly technical building projects.
Familiarity with coordination between IT, lighting, and sound systems.
Proficiency in Bluebeam.
Prior experience supporting documentation workflows in U.S. projects.
