Technology should never get in the way of delivering outstanding care, and that's where you come in. We're looking for a customer-focused Technology Support Specialist who thrives on solving problems, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional face-to-face support. This is a highly visible desk side role where you'll spend as much time engaging with clinicians and staff as you will resolving technical issues, making outstanding customer service just as important as your technical capability. You'll take ownership of the technology environment across your allocated site, ensuring devices, systems and services are reliable, ready when needed and continuously improving. Working as an escalation point from the Service Desk, you'll provide hands-on support across end-user technology while collaborating with specialist infrastructure, applications and other technical teams when required. About the Role

• Take ownership of technology operations across allocated sites, ensuring reliable, secure and high-performing IT services
• Deliver responsive, high-touch support to clinicians and staff, prioritising issues that impact critical operational workflows
• Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving issues through ticket-based and in-person support
• Take ownership of technology operations across your site, ensuring reliable services and a seamless experience for end users
• Work closely with specialist ICT teams to coordinate technology deployments, upgrades and issue resolution
• Drive continuous service improvements while maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge resources

About You

• Proven experience providing on-site IT support within a fast-paced enterprise environment
• A strong passion about customer service, with the demonstrated ability to build strong relationships through regular face-to-face interaction
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops, mobile devices, AV equipment, hardware, software and basic networking
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of technology outcomes
• Knowledge of ITIL service management principles, including Incident, Request and Change Management
• Holds a current driver's licence and is eligible to meet the role's mandatory compliance requirements, including Australian citizenship or permanent residency
