• Location: Onsite, Downtown Los Angeles
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 75-85k

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workstation equipment.
• Support audio/visual systems, video conferencing platforms, and meeting room technology, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Manage and resolve technical support tickets, document solutions, and serve as an escalation resource for complex issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system maintenance, endpoint security, equipment deployments, and technical improvement initiatives.

What Gets You the Job: 

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or technical support, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation, configuration, repair, and A/V conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or Crestron.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, with experience managing support tickets and resolving technical issues.
