Technology Specialist

Technology Specialist position available with Earnhardt Lexus!

Work for one of the largest and most exciting automotive groups in Arizona; Earnhardt Auto Centers!

Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to fill this role.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a current and valid domestic driver's license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review 'Glovebox" material owner's manual, quick reference guide, warranty, etc.
• Pair customer's phone & Demonstrate voice command
• Demonstrate Vehicle's Features (Adaptive Cruise Control, Navigation, Apple Car play, and Android Auto Ext.)
• Introduce the customer to the service department and review the 1st oil change with them
• Offer a follow up appointment to revisit features on the vehicle
• Demonstrate Informational videos to customer
• Vehicle walk-around (white-glove deliver)
• Ensure Customer complete satisfaction with vehicle and delivery
• Process Delivery/ orientation paperwork

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
• Experience with logistics and lot management a plus!
• Ability to multi-task
