Salary: $75,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Product Lifecycle Management data and configurations within FlexPLM.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
- Support new product introductions, testing efforts, and go-live activities.
- Manage product specifications, BOMs, workflows, user access, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues across connected platforms.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with FlexPLM.
- Experience supporting PLM platforms, product data, or product development systems.
- Background gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience working with system integrations, data management, or enterprise applications.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Must be located within driving distance of headquarters for occasional onsite meetings and events.
