An industry-leading security and technology solutions provider is seeking a Technology Solutions Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand customer relationships throughout the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, IT solutions, or technology services who wants to build a lucrative career with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Sales

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and enterprise markets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Secure new accounts while growing existing customer relationships.
• Pursue regional and multi-site opportunities throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Consultative Solution Selling

• Sell integrated technology solutions including:
• Video Surveillance
• Access Control
• Intrusion Detection
• Fire Monitoring
• Structured Cabling
• Audio/Visual Integration
• Managed Services
• Promote recurring revenue solutions such as remote monitoring, virtual guard services, hosted access control, and service agreements.
• Work closely with customers to develop solutions that improve security, reduce risk, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.

Account Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer reviews and identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
• Lead site assessments and discovery meetings alongside technical resources.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in electronic security, low-voltage integration, IT services, or related technology industries preferred.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and IP-based security systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within the Southeast market.
• Experience selling managed services or recurring revenue solutions.
• Industry certifications such as PSP, CPP, or manufacturer certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped Commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000+
• No cap on earning potential
