Position Summary

The Technology Shared Services Analyst is embedded within one of Digital Technology's functional areas and carries the shared-services standard into that function's day-to-day work: change management and colleague experience, portfolio and budget support, vendor and licensing coordination, and process documentation.

This role reports to the Manager, Digital Technology Shared Services and works closely with the functional area's leadership and its PMO representative to get that work done.

This is a senior individual-contributor role. The person in it works independently, owns their program end to end, and sets the approach for how colleagues in their function experience and adopt technology change.

What You'll Do

Colleague Experience & Change Management

  • Lead discovery to understand how colleagues in the function experience current technology, and identify where it falls short of being a clear asset to their work.
  • Lead change impact assessments for new technology initiatives: who is affected, how, and what they need to adapt successfully.
  • Own stakeholder communications planning and execution for these initiatives, including audiences, messaging, and supporting materials.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops, and build the job aids and reference materials that help colleagues adopt change with minimal disruption.
  • Monitor adoption of technology rollouts and feed the results into the function's KPI and performance reporting.

Portfolio, Budget & Vendor Support

  • Track the function's budget, including monthly variance and renewal timing, in partnership with functional leadership.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and contract lifecycle activity for the function: renewal deadlines, spend anomalies, and vendor performance concerns, routed to leadership for action.
  • Maintain software licensing hygiene for the function's tools: usage monitoring, true-ups, and optimization.
  • Support technology portfolio intake for the function, including business requirements and business cases for approved improvements.

Documentation & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Maintain current, accurate documentation of the function's processes, aligned to Digital Technology Shared Services' standards.
  • Work across the function's delivery teams to sequence implementation, change communications, and training.
  • Define acceptance criteria and process requirements for approved improvements, and work with the function's PMO representative to turn them into initiatives ready for execution.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, IT communications, vendor or contract coordination, or a related role, with demonstrated ownership of a program end to end.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, or current-state/future-state analysis, and translating findings into plans, requirements, or business cases.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Teams.
  • Working familiarity with modern AI productivity tools and comfort learning new ones as the landscape evolves.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical change into colleague-friendly messaging and training.
  • Comfort working as an individual contributor across a matrixed, cross-functional organization, managing multiple concurrent initiatives without close supervision.

Preferred

  • A recognized change management credential, or a relevant certification in IT, security and compliance, or AI.
  • Exposure to technology vendor lifecycle and/or financial management.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Where You'll Work
