Senior Product Manager - Vendor Incentives Automation

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (On-site)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Conversion)

Overview

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative focused on automating vendor incentives processes across the enterprise. This individual will own product strategy, roadmap development, requirements, and delivery while partnering with business and technology teams to modernize manual processes and build scalable, integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Vendor Incentives automation
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives spanning contract management, incentive calculations, accruals, settlements, and reporting
• Drive integrations between contract management, ERP, pricing, data, and reporting platforms
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Establish governance, controls, auditability, and operational processes
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Manage implementation partners and cross-functional delivery teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation experience
• Proven experience leading Vendor Incentives, Rebates, Trade Funding, Revenue Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives
• Experience with contract management platforms such as Ironclad or similar solutions
• Experience designing and implementing automated data integrations
• Strong understanding of vendor master data, product hierarchies, pricing, merchandising, and financial processes
• Experience integrating with Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise platforms
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across business and technology organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within retail, distribution, consumer products, automotive, or related industries
• Experience with incentive management platforms such as Enable, Vendavo, Vistex, Oracle Retail, or similar solutions
• Experience building vendor-facing portals, dashboards, and self-service reporting capabilities
• Background in large-scale business process automation and digital transformation programs
