Contract Hybrid Role | Technology Scout / Strategy Analyst in Cincinnati OH
Duration: 12 months contract role with possible extension
Pay Range: $24 -27/hour on w2

The Global Technology Innovation Group (GTI) was established to create a sustainable competitive advantage for *** Technology function, through the identification of new tech solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and creating new capabilities by tapping into global VC networks.
What You'll Do
As a contractor supporting the IT Innovation Group at ***, you will focus on executing landscape assessments, startups mapping, and tech due-diligence to identify and assess the best startups for us to partner with. You will work closely with the GTI group to ensure continuity of the innovation pipeline during this temporary assignment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct landscape assessments and prepare startups mappings according to identified needs
  • Perform tech due-diligence and risk assessments on relevant startups
  • Maintain focus on new technologies and identify new trends and opportunities
  • Document and report findings clearly to support the team's decision-making
Requirements
  • Software engineering / computer science degree is a must
  • Well versed in technology, familiar with market trends and key players
  • Ability to conduct tech due diligence in a broad range of areas
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills, fast learner
  • Ability to think strategically and translate to actions to 'get things done'
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Location: Cincinnati General Offices
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8: 00 AM –5: 00 PM ET, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break (8 working hours/day, 40 hours/week). Some flexibility on start/end times is acceptable as long as core hours (9: 00 AM –3: 00 PM ET) are covered. This role is eligible for hybrid work arrangement, subject to alignment with the team's schedule and business needs.
