Job Title: Technology Quality Technician

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Quality Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to setting up and conducting tests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with engineers and technicians on complex tests.
Responsibilities
- Set up and conduct routine and non-routine tests.
- Collect, organize, and prepare short reports on data from tests, including analysis and conclusions.
- Work with engineers and technicians on the setup, performance, and data reporting for non-routine and complex tests.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer operations for maintenance and test reporting summaries.
- Ability to work and communicate well with engineers, management, and other departments verbally and electronically.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of formal training in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in using and maintaining common hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge and experience applying and interpreting pressure test results.
- Knowledge and experience reading and interpreting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical blueprints, test plans, and diagrams.
- Minimum 2 years technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
