• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for complex financial services initiatives, across Market Risk, Credit Risk, Trading, and related technology environments.
• Drive regulatory transformation programs from requirements through implementation and production, with experience across initiatives such as FRTB, Client 239, SA-CCR, or comparable regulatory mandates.
• Work hands-on with Engineering, QA, and technology partners to coordinate development, testing, releases, and overall SDLC execution.
• Leverage Jira and Confluence extensively to establish project workflows, maintain delivery transparency, build dashboards, and provide meaningful management reporting.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing concise status reporting, proactive risk escalation, and well-structured options for key delivery decisions.
