Our client is seeking experienced Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead Agile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams on roadmap execution
- Manage RAID logs, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation activities
- Support SDLC, release management, and enterprise governance processes
- Deliver executive-level status reporting, KPIs, and program updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, business, and technology stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance activities
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
