Technology Operations Specialist

Full-Time | Exempt | Hybrid | $100,000-120,000

We are seeking a hands-on Technology Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day technology operations, support internal users, and drive process improvement initiatives. This role combines systems administration, technical support, automation, software implementation, and operational readiness testing to help ensure reliable, scalable technology solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Administer cloud-based business systems, user accounts, device management platforms, and technology infrastructure.
• 
  
• Deploy, maintain, and manage hardware, software, and endpoint devices.
• 
  
• Develop automations, scripts, workflows, and operational reporting solutions.
• 
  
• Participate in technology projects from planning through implementation.
• 
  
• Validate software enhancements, identify workflow issues, and support user acceptance testing.
• 
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
• 
  
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 
  
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, technical operations, business systems, or software implementation.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and modern cloud-based applications.
• 
  
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS environments and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
• 
  
• Scripting or automation tool experience such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript a plus
• 
  
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance practices.
•
