Join us! Position Summary:Maintains and supports the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure specifically with client support on a large scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. Responsible for Messaging and Collaboration supported applications to include Outlook, Sharepoint, web conferencing (WebEx), Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype, Group Chat) as major focus. Manages the integration of email with other systems such as mobile device and other unified communication technologies.Administers the Messaging and Collaboration user accounts in the enterprise by creating user ids, effecting user name changes and moves, maintaining group lists, and removing terminated user ids (must adhere to regulatory requirements when needed)Assumes the leadership role in the resolution of complex technical issues (SME)Consults with application developers on issues related to the impact of applicationsCoordinates with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications (tasks to include but not limited to testing and documentation)Provides technical expertise to internal IT groups and provide feedback and recommendations to management for service level and environment optimizationProtects the overall security of the messaging environment through the administration of access control lists, security measures and certification of external organizationsProvides training to users, junior technicians and other IT personnelRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a technical operations or enterprise support roleProficiency with Outlook and M365 messaging technologiesExperience with SharePoint administrationWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, MS Teams, Skype, WebExStrong understanding of ITIL frameworks and operational best practicesDemonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skillsEffective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiencesStrong process documentation and technical writing skillsSolid understanding of Windows OS, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledgeAbility to participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support as neededDesired Qualifications:Experience automating recurring processes.SQL scripting proficiencyPowerShell scripting experienceRelevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Network+)Technical writing experienceSkills:Innovative ThinkingProduction SupportResult OrientationRisk ManagementSolution DesignAdaptabilityAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationInfluenceSolution Delivery ProcessArchitectureAutomationDevOps PracticesProject ManagementStakeholder ManagementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
