Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant technology, particularly POS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting restaurant technology environments, managing IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware and software across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support technology operations within a hospitality/restaurant environment.
- Manage and troubleshoot POS systems, including Micros, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
- Provide technical support for restaurant and hospitality technology systems.
- Support computer networks, systems maintenance, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
- Support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required.
- Ensure POS and other technology systems are operating reliably.
- Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with POS technology, preferably Micros, Lightspeed, or similar systems.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and technical support experience.
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
