Technology Manager

EMR data, reporting and analytics

¦ Write, optimize and maintain SQL queries against the Credible database for recurring and ad hoc reports

¦ Build Credible dashboards, custom forms, services and report views for leadership, clinical, billing and compliance use

¦ Validate data accuracy and maintain report logic, data dictionaries and metric definitions

¦ Support audits, quality initiatives and regulatory reporting with HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI in extracts

¦ Manage IT vendors, MSPs and hosting providers, including vendor security assessments

¦ Coordinate backups, disaster recovery and business continuity with Qualifacts and other hosting vendors

*QUALIFICATIONS*

¦ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience

¦ Healthcare IT experience with accountability for infrastructure and security

¦ Direct, hands-on experience administering a healthcare EMR

¦ Advanced SQL, including building reports within an EMR

¦ Working knowledge of networking, endpoint security, backups and disaster recovery

¦ Demonstrated experience applying the HIPAA Security Rule in a small-to-midsize healthcare organization

¦ Comfort supporting general office IT without a dedicated infrastructure team

¦ Experience in community behavioral health or outpatient healthcare

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
