    Location: West Des Moines, IA

    Duration: 12 months

    Work Engagement: W2

    Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote

    Summary:

    In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering. Required Qualifications: Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support lifecycle and vulnerability management activities for developer tools and technology products.
    • Analyze product usage, install base, vulnerability, and remediation data to identify risk areas and required actions.
    • Coordinate with application teams and enterprise partners to drive remediation of end-of-life, end-of-support, and vulnerability-related items.
    • Track open production tasks, remediation status, blockers, and escalations.
    • Prepare clear status updates, action plans, and leadership-ready summaries.
    • Support automation efforts that reduce manual lifecycle and vulnerability management work.
    • Help improve repeatable processes, documentation, and self-service guidance for developer tool governance.
    • Partner with Product Owners, Package and Release, PDAF, Vulnerability Management, and application teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.

    Key Requirements:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
    • Experience with information security, technology risk, vulnerability management, or software/product lifecycle management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable remediation plans.
    • Ability to coordinate across multiple technology teams and drive follow-through on risk reduction activities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting.
    • Experience with backlog tracking, issue management, product ownership, or technology governance.
    • Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

    Preferred skills:

    • Familiarity with developer tools, software packaging, release management, endpoint tooling, or enterprise software governance.
    • Experience supporting technology standards, risk remediation, or compliance-driven initiatives.
    • Experience with automation, reporting dashboards, or process improvement.
