    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead / Senior Developer with 8 to 10 years of robust hands-on experience in full-stack software development and customer management domain solutions. In this role, you will lead development initiatives, build scalable backend services, create responsive front-end applications, and leverage AI capabilities to drive project deliverables.
    Key Responsibilities
    Technical Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks.
    API & System Integration: Architect and integrate RESTful/SOAP APIs across enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
    CMS & CRM Alignment: Apply deep domain understanding of Customer Management Services (CMS) and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) to manage customer data and lifecycle workflows.
    Database & Workflow Management: Write complex SQL queries, optimize database structures, and implement business process automation solutions.
    Agile Collaboration: Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and delivery in an Agile environment while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
    Required Qualifications & Skills
    Must-Have Core Skills
    Primary Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, SQL
    Emerging Tech: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AI integrations/implementations
    Domain Experience: Strong understanding of Customer Management Services (CMS) processes, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
    Integrations: API integrations (REST / SOAP) and workflow automation/business process management
    Methodology: Proven hands-on experience in Agile development environments
    Experience & Attributes
    Experience: 8 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering and development
    Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with strong operational and technical problem-solving capabilities
    Communication: Clear, direct communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
