Complete job description - React JS Front-end Lead position is to drive architecture and design of modern responsive web and mobile front-end user interfaces. Responsible in the creation and maintenance of digital platforms, technical roadmaps, and enterprise standards. Work with UX designers, UI engineers, and IT leadership to create the building blocks for web and hybrid apps, following AI-lead approach. Excellent interpersonal communication and group presentation skills.

Min 15 years of overall IT experience in Front-end design and implementation

8+ years experience in leading React JS and Next JS micro-front-end based application implementations

Strong knowledge in ReactJS, Next, Micro FE apps & architecture, Node.js, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, OOP and patterns, CSS, SCSS HTML5, Redux, ContextAPI, React Hooks API GraphQL, Apollo Client

Expertise in driving AI-led development - Co-pilot and similar AI accelerators / tools

Knowledge in java-based spring boot microservices development and integrations

Contribute to architectural and design leadership across projects

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, hands-on technology development experience is critical

Knowledge in cross-platform React Native mobile app implementations is a nice to have

Build efficient and reusable front-end systems, frameworks and abstractions

Debug and address React JS UI performance issues

Perform code review and quality checks

Identify and communicate front-end best practices

Onsite offshore coordination

Proven experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps, pipelines and deployments

Strong awareness of quality standards and NFRs

Experience in Retail ecommerce domain is a must have
