Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
" Top 3 Required skills: Java, AWS, Microservices
" Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 8+
" Any Certifications required: Good to have

" Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented design
" Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
" Practical experience with AWS services and architecture
" Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as SQS, SNS, Kafka, or EventBridge
" Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
" Experience with microservices or distributed service-oriented systems
" Experience with Docker and container-based development
" Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
" Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
" Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
" Ability to define detailed design and translate requirements into technical solutions
" Familiarity with security best practices, IAM, encryption, and secrets management
" Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
