    Role Objective
    The Azure DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, provisioning, managing, and optimizing Azure and cloud infrastructure environments. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, platform reliability, monitoring, logging, security, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with business requirements, Telecommunication CDO standards, and industry best practices.
    Key Responsibilities
    Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, primarily Terraform.
    Administer and maintain Azure infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
    Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions to support operational excellence.
    Ensure infrastructure solutions meet business requirements, Telecommunication CDO standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
    Collaborate closely with CDO architects, designers, developers, and data scientists across multiple initiatives and projects.
    Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and application delivery.
    Coordinate and collaborate with onshore and offshore Azure Infrastructure engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis to maintain stable and reliable environments.
    Evaluate, recommend, and support the adoption of emerging cloud technologies, tools, and best practices.
    Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior and mid-level Azure Infrastructure engineers.
    Supervisory Responsibility: No direct reports

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    Technical Skills
    Strong experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure and platform services.
    Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)using Terraform.
    Experience with CI/CD automation, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.
    Strong expertise in monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools and frameworks.
    Experience with Helm Charts for Kubernetes application deployment and management.
    Good understanding of Linux system administration and operating system fundamentals.
    Experience managing and supporting cloud-native and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.
    Working knowledge of Azure networking, security, identity management, storage, and compute services.
    Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes platforms is preferred.
    Knowledge of automation and scripting using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python is desirable.

    Qualifications
    5+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps-related roles.
    Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent) are preferred.
    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global delivery environment.

    Preferred Skills
    Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
    Experience in provisioning Azure DevOps build and deployment pipelines
    Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
    Knowledge of GitHub Actions for CI and ArgoCD for continuous deployments
    Knowledge of Azure AI Services like AI Search, Language Services, AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI
    Familiarity with cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
