Position Details

• Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in-office + remote periods)
• Level: Mid-level Lateral Associate (2020-2022 law school classes)
• Practice: IP & Technology Transactions
• Salary: $310,000–$390,000 base + discretionary bonus (DOE)

Key Requirements

• Strong IP/Tech Transactions experience from a law firm
• M&A transactions background preferred
• Top academic credentials; California Bar active ideal
• Collaborative across offices and practices
