    Job Description: Technology Implementation Consultant (CRIMS/OMS)
    Location:-Boston,MA

    Role Summary
    Provide technical implementation and customization support for CRIMS/OMS upgrade programs, focusing on integrations, batch processing, and troubleshooting complex client environments.
    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and support CRIMS/OMS customizations and technical solutions
    Design and manage integrations using APIs, web services, ETL tools, and messaging platforms
    Perform data transformations using XML/XSLT and database technologies
    Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, scheduling processes, and dependencies
    Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, integration, and data layers
    Collaborate with functional teams to support end to end upgrade delivery
    Required Skills
    Consulting Mindset
    Soft Skills:
    Detail oriented, problem solving, strong communication skills with ability to manage client expectations in fast paced environments.
    Technical Foundation:
    Proficient in Java OR C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies (MS SQL Server) .
    Integration Experience:
    Hands on experience with APIs, web services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms like (MQ, Kafka).
    CRIMS/OMS Domain Experience: Prior
    experience with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations, including exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations.
    Batch Processing
    Scheduling:
    Experience with job scheduling and batch processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management.
    The pay range for this role is
