Roles and Responsibilities:
" Support the implementation, expansion, and ongoing administration of HPE Aruba ClearPass NAC solutions.
" Administer network access policies and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
" Provide day-to-day support for end users experiencing network access issues.
" Monitor NAC platform health, authentication activity, and policy enforcement effectiveness.
Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 3 to 5 yrs
" HPE Aruba ClearPass or other enterprise NAC platforms.
" Experience supporting enterprise endpoint onboarding and authentication services.
" 802.1X Authentication
" RADIUS and TACACS+
" Network Segmentation
" VLAN Assignment
" TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Switching
" PKI and Certificate-Based Authentication
" Experience troubleshooting network access issues affecting end users.
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
" Experience administering or supporting Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls, security policy management, rule reviews, and network segmentation initiatives. " Experience supporting enterprise Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and/or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments.
" Knowledge of secure web gateway (SWG), cloud security, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and user access control concepts.
" Experience leveraging ServiceNow for incident, request, change, and access management workflows.
