Are you ready to help turn business challenges into meaningful technology opportunities? The Expo Group is seeking a Technology Engagement Partner to serve as a trusted connection between Technology and our business stakeholders. This fully remote, US Based role will uncover business and customer needs, identify opportunities for technology, AI, automation, and process improvement, and translate those needs into actionable solutions that deliver measurable value.

In this role, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, departments, customers, and customer-facing teams while serving as an entry point into Technology.
• Lead discovery to identify business problems, customer needs, root causes, desired outcomes, and success criteria.
• Analyze workflows and business needs to develop technology opportunities, requirements, recommendations, and measurable success criteria.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, technology, and process improvement based on business value and expected impact.
• Partner with Technology teams on feasibility, prototypes, solution approaches, and customer technology needs.
• Support technology adoption and organizational change while measuring outcomes and influencing technical and nontechnical teams without direct authority.

What You Bring to The Expo Group:

• Educational Foundation: Relevant professional experience supporting technology-enabled business improvements.
• Experience: Experience partnering with business stakeholders or customers, with strong experience in discovery, business analysis, process improvement, and requirements development.
• Credentials: Experience with technology, software, digital transformation, Agile environments, organizational change, or technology adoption preferred.
• Key Skills: Discovery, business analysis, critical thinking, facilitation, relationship building, process improvement, requirements development, stakeholder influence, and familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

This role requires the ability to work effectively across both technical and nontechnical teams, exercise independent judgment, and translate business needs into clear recommendations and technology opportunities.
