The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading global technology organizations, delivering complex transformation programs, and building secure, scalable, resilient, high-performing enterprise solutions.

Strong understanding of back-office operations, trade lifecycle management, investment operations, and asset servicing processes.
Architecture-level understanding of enterprise platforms, distributed systems, and large-scale data ecosystems.
Proven ability to define strategy and translate it into measurable roadmaps and execution plans.
Deep understanding of enterprise software engineering, architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure, and operational resilience.
Experience leading complex transformation programs across legacy and modern technology estates.
Strong risk management, governance, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence and collaborate across business, product, engineering, operations, control functions, and external partners.
Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to clearly present priorities, trade-offs, risks, and outcomes.

$170,000 - $282,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
