Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager with 15-18+ years of IT experience and strong program/delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and regulatory standards-especially within BFSI environments.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Ownership

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs across multiple applications/workstreams

Plan and track milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes

Ensure delivery meets SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders

Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and escalation handling

Build strong relationships across business, product, and engineering teams

Team & Vendor Management

Manage distributed (onshore/offshore) teams

Drive productivity, utilization, and performance

Oversee vendor/partner governance and performance reviews

Agile & Delivery Execution

Drive Agile/SAFe/Hybrid delivery models

Lead sprint planning, release planning, and execution tracking

Ensure best practices across SDLC, DevOps, and QA

Governance & Risk Management

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards

Manage incident, problem, and change management processes

Operations & Support

Oversee production support and incident management

Drive RCA and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure platform stability and uptime

Financial & Strategic Oversight

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization

Support roadmap planning and prioritization

Lead transformation initiatives (cloud, automation, modernization)

Leadership

Mentor delivery leads, PMs, and technical leads

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Skills & Competencies

Delivery Leadership

Strong experience in program/project/delivery management

Expertise in managing large-scale, multi-team programs

Excellent communication, stakeholder, and negotiation skills

Strong client-facing experience (BFSI preferred)

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of:

Java, APIs, Microservices

Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with:

Integration architectures

Infrastructure and application lifecycle

Process & Governance

Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid models

SOW, SLA, KPI management

Risk, audit, and compliance frameworks

ITIL processes (incident/problem/change management)

Preferred Qualifications

BFSI / Capital Markets experience

Exposure to cloud transformation & automation

Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL
