    Description

    Seeking a candidate who is excited about opportunities in STEM and technology for students, would like to work in a new STEM lab space, enjoys collaborating with peers, desires to inspire students to create, problem solve, and think critically in a supportive Catholic Christian environment.

    Responsibilities include by are not limited to the following:

    • Teach K-8 STEM/Technology classes.
    • Participate in professional development in STEM and implement curriculum for STEM and Technology as needed.
    • Teach digital literacy, citizenship, coding, and AI skills.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers across the curriculum.
    • Support and train faculty and staff.
    • Troubleshoot devices and classroom technology.
    • Manage accounts, devices, and software.
    • Maintain technology inventory and equipment.
    • Support testing and school technology needs.
    • Promote safe and responsible technology use.

    Qualifications:

    • Desire to work in a new STEM lab and collaborate with trainers and peers to implement new curriculum K-8

    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • K-8 teaching experience preferred.
    • Strong technology and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to learn new programs and platforms as needed.
    • Knowledge of educational technology tools.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
    • Knowledge of digital safety and data privacy.
    • Familiarity with coding, STEM, robotics, and AI.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to balance teaching and technology support.
