Description
Responsibilities:
Assist with new laptop setup and configuration
Set up new user accounts and workstations
Install and configure software applications
Transfer data from existing laptops to new devices
Troubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues
Decommission, reconfigure, and prepare existing laptops for reuse
Image and deploy laptops using Microsoft SCCM
Install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and software
Follow established checklists, procedures, and documentation
Provide responsive and professional customer service to end users
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technology or IT support role
Hands-on experience supporting and configuring laptops
Experience with Microsoft SCCM imaging and deployment
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 11
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow established procedures, checklists, and documentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload priorities
