Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Change Management Program Manager with a focus on Change Management to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise Change Management and Risk Management processes, BMC Remedy and ITSM tooling, and a proven ability to coordinate compliant, timely software and technology changes across complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer change processes using Remedy, ensuring adherence to enterprise change, security, audit, and risk standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate compliant software deployments and technology changes across multiple teams.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment for program and project initiatives.
  • Maintain records, process documentation, intake governance, prioritization, and operational readiness activities.
  • Create and deliver reporting that provides visibility into change and delivery health for senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize compliance, operational, and delivery impacts.
  • Promote collaboration across developers, scrum masters, project managers, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with peer Program Managers to remove duplication, improve delivery flow, and drive efficient execution.
  • Support change activities that may occur during nights or weekends as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Project, Program, or Change Management with technology delivery coordination or enterprise change governance.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, including BMC Remedy, and Agile tools such as JIRA.
  • Knowledge of enterprise change, security, risk, audit, and compliance processes.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to summarize technical changes and provide clear status to leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Banking or financial services experience and familiarity with enterprise operating models.
  • Experience with project risk management tools such as PPRT.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for documentation, planning, workflow, reporting, or delivery acceleration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and Change Management principles.
