Job Title: Technology Business Analyst - Consultant

DESCRIPTION::
Responsibilities Include
Maintain governance schedule; assist with preparation of materials including reports, charters, and minutes
Collect, review, and assemble program reporting
Draft and proofread key documentation deliverables, including policies, procedures, and strategy
Draft affiliate review materials, including collecting and processing information from a variety of sources
Manage team documentation archive
Assist with gathering and maintaining information in support of regulatory requirements
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree
Five plus years of experience in a writing or documentation role such as business analysis or technical communications
Practical knowledge of banking principles and products
Practical knowledge of technology and information security processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems independently and drive tasks to completion
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly to senior technical and non-technical audiences
High level of attention to detail and focus on precision
Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships
Desired Skills
Prior experience working in a large bank
Familiarity with banking principles including capital adequacy, stress testing and liquidity risk
Familiarity with banking products including securitized loans, mortgages, securities based lending, and high net worth lending
