  • Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and orchestration tools based on performance, cost, scalability, and enterprise requirements.
  • Provide executive-level guidance on technology investments, architecture decisions, and innovation strategies.
  • Drive decisions on vendor selection, platform adoption, and build-versus-buy approaches.

Enterprise Architecture & Platform Strategy

  • Design a scalable, end-to-end AI architecture within Azure, including services for AI, data storage, analytics, and search.
  • Build a flexible multi-model orchestration layer supporting integration with various LLMs and SLMs.
  • Define data architecture frameworks, including lakehouse design, governance, and semantic/vector search capabilities.
  • Develop integration strategies connecting enterprise platforms such as ERP, HR systems, and collaboration tools using APIs and event-driven patterns.
  • Set architecture standards, best practices, and governance guidelines for engineering teams.

Execution & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional technical resources responsible for infrastructure, automation, and integrations.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions such as intelligent agents and document processing pipelines.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of business value through phased implementation, focusing on quick wins and long-term scalability.
  • Partner with collaboration and productivity initiatives to align AI capabilities across platforms like M365 and identity systems.
  • Develop business cases that quantify efficiency gains, cost savings, and productivity improvements.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, including at least 4 years in architecture or strategic leadership roles across AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise systems.
  • Strong expertise in Azure services, including AI, data, and infrastructure components.
  • Hands-on experience designing AI solutions such as RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and multi-model orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, including lakehouse frameworks, data governance, and search technologies.
  • Experience designing integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., ERP, HR, or project management systems).
  • Proficiency with identity and access management (SSO, OAuth, SCIM) and modern API architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and present strategic roadmaps and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance requirements, and governance practices.
