    Job Details:

    Must Have Skills

    Strong handson experience with Pricefx platform including configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and integrations
    Expertise in pricing strategy, price management, rebates, promotions, and margin optimization processes.
    Experience in stakeholder management, incident triage, defect resolution, and leading onsiteoffshore support teams

    Nice to have skills

    Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and middleware platforms
    Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and pricing analytics for business insights and troubleshooting.

    Detailed Job Description

    Strong handson experience with Pricefx configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and user administration.Solid understanding of pricing, rebates, promotions, discounts, and margin optimization processes.Experience supporting Pricefx integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Proficiency in SQL, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting to investigate and resolve production issues.Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities while ensuring a

    Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business stakeholders, managing incidents, service requests, enhancements, and prioritization across Pricefx applications
    Lead production support operations, coordinate with offshore teams, drive root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance and service stability
    Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to identify process improvements, support pricing initiatives, and oversee releases, testing, and deployment activities.
