    What We Do/Project

    The Event Coordinator will be a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our UC team. This role is pivotal in overseeing project management, daily task assignment, and the coordination of resources for events. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
    OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    " Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of UC projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
    " Task Assignment: Assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring clarity and adherence to project timelines.
    " Resource Coordination: Manage the allocation of UC resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials, to ensure smooth event execution.
    " Event Coordination: Plan and oversee the technical aspects of events, including setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment.
    " Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the UC team, ensuring all parties are aligned.
    " Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AV equipment and team members during events to maintain high standards.
    " Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning or execution of events.

    Must Have Skills / Requirements
    1) project management experience
    a. 3+ years; Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills within a fast-paced environment.
    2) Customer Service experience
    a. 3+ years; Experience in being a representative of a team, having a positive attitude, and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
    3) Video conference software experience
    a. 3+ years; Working with Zoom, Teams, etc.

    Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
    1) Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
    2) Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
    3) Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services
    4) Experience working in a national or global company
    5) Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment

    3) Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
